A proactive and detail-oriented HR Compliance & Risk Officer, reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services UK&I. This role is accountable for maintaining HR personnel files and retention procedures, overseeing HR policies in collaboration with Legal and Employee Relations, and managing compliance risks and data integrity. The position ensures that the organisation complies with all applicable ethical standards, laws, and industry regulations.
Responsibilities include upholding HR compliance, governance, policy integrity, and risk mitigation throughout HR operations, supporting legal, regulatory, and audit requirements, as well as managing right-to-work, visa, and sponsorship responsibilities. Additionally, the role provides support in change management and large-scale initiatives such as TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and mergers.

- 98–100% compliance in RTW audits.
- 100% completion of visa renewals before expiry.
- Sponsorship licence and immigration management with no loss of licence or breach in RTW status.
