We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Personalisation Manager to execute and support our client’s personalisation initiatives. This role focuses on the precise implementation of defined customer experience strategies, ensuring personalisation campaigns are configured correctly, deployed effectively, and deliver reliable insights. The primary focus is the flawless execution of initiatives to drive measurable business value through a data‑driven approach.

What you’ll be doing

  • Execution & Operations
    • Execute day‑to‑day operations and tactical tasks for the global personalisation roadmap.
    • Support the Personalisation Lead in identifying and executing high‑impact personalisation opportunities.
    • Contribute to managing project timelines, dependencies, and resources for personalisation initiatives, ensuring on‑schedule delivery.
    • Assist in tracking the Return on Investment (ROI) of personalisation efforts.
    • Prepare performance reports on personalisation outcomes and insights for stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on planning, execution, and results.
  • Personalisation Implementation
    • Apply Personalisation‑Led Growth (PLG) principles in daily execution.
    • Contribute to the continuous refinement of the PLG framework and best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, execute, and analyse personalisation initiatives.
    • Support the operational infrastructure for continuous personalisation delivery.
    • Translate data insights from personalisation initiatives into clear findings for the Personalisation Lead.
  • Technical Delivery & Platform Execution
    • Execute the technical configuration and launch of personalisation programmes using knowledge of the underlying technology stack.
    • Implement and configure integrated solutions, understanding the capabilities of personalisation platforms, analytics suites, and CDPs.

What we’re looking for

  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency with Personalisation Technologies: solid understanding and practical experience with core customer experience technologies, including:
    • Personalisation Platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Braze) for content delivery and targeting.
    • Analytics Suites (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) for segmentation and performance measurement.
    • Content Management Systems (CMSs) (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore) for dynamic content.
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) (e.g., Segment, Tealium) for audience segmentation and activation.
    • Familiarity with data infrastructure concepts, including data pipelines and quality, as they relate to personalisation.
  • Execution & Project Support
    • Strong Execution Focus: proven ability to meticulously configure, launch, and monitor personalisation initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., agile, waterfall) and contributing to resource and dependency tracking.
    • Ability to follow and contribute to the optimisation of established processes and frameworks for personalisation setup and delivery.
  • Data & Business Understanding
    • Data‑Driven Approach: strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret personalisation performance data, measure impact, and contribute to recommendations.
    • Understands how personalisation initiatives contribute to business value and ROI.
    • Capable of preparing clear performance reports and communicating results effectively.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Collaborative Partner: ability to build effective working relationships with client stakeholders and internal cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, data science) to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
    • Clear and concise communication skills for discussing personalisation plans, progress, and results.
