We're looking for a People Operations Lead to own and evolve our People Operations function, taking responsibility for all employee lifecycle processes, systems ownership, automation and data integrity. You won't stop until everything runs like clockwork. The People Ops function needs to support our fast paced business with lightning processes, speedy automations and delivering the most value to our employees.

What we expect from you:
  • Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Lead the People Operations team in building a slick, efficient function that integrates our systems and automates as many processes as possible. Continuously improve and scale operational frameworks that support growth and a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
  • Systems & Technology: Own and optimise our HRIS platform (HiBob), ensuring data integrity, reliability and a seamless user experience. Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools across the team to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimisation & Automation: Identify inefficiencies and design simplified, standardised, scalable workflows across the People function. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, building processes in readiness for further scale and responding to business context.
  • Data Integrity, Reporting & Insights: Ensure data accuracy across all People systems and instil a culture of rigorous data input across the team. Build dashboards and deliver reporting that provides clear, actionable insights to enable evidence-based decisions across the business.
About you:

  • Previous experience working as a People Operations Lead, within a People/HR Operations team.
  • Strong background working with People Ops systems, HRIS platforms (HiBob is essential).
  • Automation experience is essential.
  • Analytical and process-minded, always looking for ways to improve and optimise.
  • Super organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • An exceptional communicator who can make complex information simple.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable and resilient in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
  • Takes full ownership, embraces change and isn't afraid to experiment with new ideas.
