We’re scaling rapidly, and as we expand our reach, launch new products, and enter new markets, we need to stay sharp, scalable, and human. That’s where you come in. We’re introducing a new role within People; we’re looking for a People Advisor to harness systems and AI to develop and improve how we manage employee relations cases, casework insights, and proactively support the business to better lead their teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, has the curiosity to maximise the use of technology integration for better ways of working, and experience handling multiple ER cases on an international remit. Our team of People Advisors will be across the UK, Barcelona, and Boston. If you want to make a meaningful impact on people and performance, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll develop and evolve ways of working across case management, data, and manager enablement using AI integration tools.
  • You’ll reinforce leader‑led decisions by effectively co‑piloting with managers on how to handle performance, conduct, and probation cases, attendance concerns, policy guidance, and changes to terms and conditions.
  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, providing high‑quality support to managers, and ensuring consistent application of people policies and the Perk approach across the region.
  • Provide data insights and highlight trends or early flags to ensure early intervention can be delivered.
  • Ensure efficiency in case management and minimise case timelines from open to resolution as appropriate.
  • Partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases.

What success looks like:

  • Enhanced and embedded ways of working across case work.
  • Manager satisfaction with co‑pilot support provided on cases.
  • Timely progression of cases and reduced delays.
  • Strong partnership with People Team and wider business.
  • Clear, reliable case data that supports planning and risk reduction.
  • High documentation accuracy and compliance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Curiosity to explore and build enhanced approaches to our ways of working.
  • Ideally having built and implemented AI‑first approaches to workstreams.
  • Strong judgement and ability to follow structured case processes as well as act on sound judgement when alternative approaches are required.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of employee relations processes across Europe or the US.
  • Strong experience managing multiple ER cases, particularly with performance and conduct cases.
  • Ability to organise, document, and track ER matters with accuracy.
  • High attention to detail.

What we offer:

  • Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk.
  • Rest and recharge with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Take control of your physical health with private medical cover and voluntary dental insurance from Bupa, and discounted gym memberships with GymFlex.
  • Plan for your future with our qualifying earnings company pension plan with Aviva.
  • Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen.
  • Rest assured that you’re covered by income protection in case you experience a long‑term sickness or absence.
  • Leverage tax‑efficient cycle and electric car schemes with Cycle2Work & Octopus.
  • Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party.
  • Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market‑leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones.
  • Focus on your family with 12‑16 weeks’ paid parental leave.
  • Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes.
  • Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year.
  • Stay savvy with access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards.
  • Follow your passions and take a four‑week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years.
  • Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support.
