About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side‑by‑side every step of the way. Our AI‑native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality. Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design. When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes “good enough” isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high‑stakes, high‑impact domain—then this is the moment and the place. We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

The Role

We care deeply about building a world‑class team, culture, and company. As our People Enablement Partner, you will play a critical role in scaling Legora’s UK presence by hiring exceptional, commercially minded talent and embedding the systems that drive performance. This is not a pure recruiting role. You will operate at the intersection of talent, business performance, and organisational design, acting as both a hands‑on hiring lead and a strategic partner to our GTM and commercial teams. You will own end‑to‑end hiring across the UK, with a particular focus on GTM and revenue‑generating functions, while also shaping the People infrastructure required to support rapid, high‑quality growth. You will work closely with founders and senior leaders across locations, acting as a trusted partner on hiring, team composition, and performance enablement for our London office.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and execute full‑cycle recruitment across the UK, with a focus on GTM, commercial, and strategic roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to revenue and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain high‑quality, proactive pipelines for critical and future commercial hires.
  • Run structured, data‑driven hiring processes that prioritise speed, quality, and fairness.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding.
  • Act as a thought partner on org design, team structure, and hiring plans, particularly within GTM functions.
  • Support headcount planning, workforce allocation, and prioritisation for the UK team.
  • Partner on core People initiatives, including performance management (cadence, feedback systems, calibration).
  • Help build scalable systems that enable high performance, accountability, and fast iteration.
  • Contribute to compensation and progression frameworks, particularly for GTM roles.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or People roles, ideally in a high‑growth, commercial environment (startup, scale‑up, or VC‑backed company).
  • Proven track record of hiring high‑performing GTM and commercial talent (e.g. Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships).
  • Strong commercial acumen, you understand how hiring decisions impact revenue, growth, and market expansion.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, org design, and team build‑out.
  • Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic thinking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Track record of building or improving scalable hiring or People systems.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative, but willing to challenge, influence, and drive decisions when needed.
  • Motivated by building high‑performing teams and enabling others to do their best work.
