The Partnerships Team at Hebbia is in an exciting new phase of growth, leading the AI transformation by creating new partnerships across the AI FinTech Ecosystem. Hebbia’s partnerships span software providers, content providers, and infrastructure players, giving partnerships team members unique access to a broad array of businesses at a unique moment of change.

As Partnerships Manager - Content at Hebbia, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Matrix platform by cultivating a pipeline of channel & partnership opportunities, guiding stakeholders at all levels in partner GTM organisations to channel sales success. You’ll advance Hebbia’s mission of replacing repetitive, manual workflows — like contract reviews, earnings analyses, and due diligence — with intelligent agentic automation that surfaces the right insights with full audit‑ability and enterprise‑grade security.

Your pipeline & relationship goals will reflect your work as a strategic partner—helping Hebbia’s partners deliver their high quality content & solutions through Hebbia’s unique agentic capabilities, aligning with their GTM organisations and thereby supporting them to serve clients during the AI transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Pipeline for Hebbia: own and drive channel & partner pipeline by identifying partner GTM structures & incentives and aligning those with Hebbia commercial outcomes;
  • Map Stakeholders: determine decision‑makers and create plan to get to decision‑makers in channel & partners organisations;
  • Grow Multiple Partnerships: Expand GTM partnerships and bring together partner sales teams with Hebbia sales teams to create trusted advisor relationships between them;
  • Drive Partner Satisfaction: Manage relationships with Heads of Partnerships, Heads of Sales, Sales, Heads of Account Management & Account Managers in partner organisations;
  • Optimize Go-to-Market Motion: Build compelling demos tailored to partners, partner collateral, and partner sales tooling to accelerate a replicable end‑to‑end sales process.
Who You Are:
  • 4-8 years Sales / Channels / Partnerships Experience;
  • Experience in financial markets & with market data vendors or software vendors;
  • Prior work activating sales channels & cultivating partnerships;
  • Experience at an early stage venture backed company.
