This role is fundamental to the growth of the client business within, to support the sales cycle, retain existing business and to drive net new growth for Windows 11 & CDW.
Key Responsibilities- Maximising revenue growth by working closely with the sales teams across each segment both internally and externally and aligning Microsoft Clients growth objectives with CDW’s.
- Create and own Joint Microsoft Client and CDW business plan.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales revenue and strategic objectives/KPIs.
- Manage and nurture the existing relationships. Establish new relationships and build strong, successful partnership with the Microsoft account teams.
- Manage and own the Microsoft Client pipeline, proactively engaging with CDW sales teams to bring opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
- Execution of the business plan against defined milestones and metrics including services and options attach rates.
- Maintain and own any certification requirements.
- Understand and promote all relevant Microsoft programs and promotions to maximise the sales opportunity and profitability.
- Own and drive the leads that are generated by joint CDW and Microsoft marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed to won/closed business by sales.
