You will be part of our store team in a luxury retail environment, sharing passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues.
Inspire your team to generate sales & profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while maintaining visual standards. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and successful link selling skills to drive business. Build outfits for customers, make product recommendations, and drive store KPIs. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure repeat business. Serve as a brand ambassador and stay informed on fashion and market trends. Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization. Show flexibility and innovation responding to changing business, especially during peak trade.
