About the role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead to own and scale paid acquisition in the UK market, with a primary focus on Meta with the view of scaling wider social channels. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on growth role where you’ll lead strategy, creative testing, optimisation, and performance analysis to drive significant customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll think end-to-end — supporting with creative ideation through to campaign execution, strategy and optimisation, while building a best‑in‑class Meta growth engine in a fast‑moving digital healthcare environment.
What you’ll do
- Own the paid growth strategy for the UK market with a strong focus on Meta advertising
- Manage and optimise 7 figure monthly media budgets
- Partner closely with creative teams to develop, test, and scale high‑performing Meta ad creatives tailored to UK audiences
- Lead ongoing experimentation across creative, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages
- Drive a strong creative‑first testing culture, using performance insights to rapidly iterate and improve results
- Stay ahead of Meta platform developments, including algorithm updates, new ad formats, healthcare advertising policies, and beta opportunities
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance using attribution, analytics, and BI tools, translating data into actionable growth opportunities
- Work cross‑functionally with product, CRO, engineering, brand, and lifecycle marketing teams to improve acquisition efficiency and customer value
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends within the UK digital health and consumer subscription space
About you
- 4+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Proven experience managing and scaling large paid social budgets with clear commercial accountability
- Strong understanding of creative‑led performance marketing, testing methodologies, and full‑funnel optimisation
- Experience building and scaling campaigns focused on customer acquisition, ROI, LTV, and retention
- Comfortable analysing data, identifying insights, and making fast, commercially driven decisions
- Experience in D2C, consumer, subscription, or digital health businesses is highly desirable
- Familiar with UK consumer behaviour and performance marketing best practices within the UK market
- Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment with a strong bias toward action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
