Aquarius Action Projects is a long-established charity (since 1977) based in Birmingham with a national reach of contracts and partnerships. What you’ll do

  • Reach and engage people in custody, prison and the community
  • Support individuals into the right treatment pathway – from rehab to community support
  • Build strong, trusting relationships that motivate change
  • Coordinate multi‑agency responses to reduce reoffending
  • Track progress, outcomes and the impact of your work

  • Experience supporting people affected by substance use
  • Strong communication, assessment and relationship building skills
  • Confidence working across agencies and in the community
  • A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to recovery‑focused practice

Police vetting and travel across Solihull area required.
