About the Role

This role supports the delivery of complex initiatives by managing projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation through go‑to‑market and product development. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while enabling more proactive, data‑driven ways of working. The role has a strong focus on continuous improvement, governance, and the effective use of automation and AI‑enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Initiative owner with the delivery of assigned projects on schedule, budget and scope
  • Managing all phases of the project through the go to market/Product Development process
  • Communicating with all stakeholders ensuring project status, schedule variances and mitigation options are clearly articulated
  • Maintaining project documentation as appropriate – Project Initiation Documentation, Comms Plans, Delivery plans etc.
  • Managing any project changes through change control processes
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues to minimise impact on project delivery
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution
  • Leading cross‑functional project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables

  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs
  • Be proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Be adept at problem‑solving and decision‑making in high‑pressure situations
  • Possess exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a bonus
