The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

In this role you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, who could range from sole traders to the MD/CEO of a large organisation, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with new and existing clients.
  • Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention.
  • Exceed customer expectations and meet FCA requirements.

About you:

You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process. You must have previous experience of working in the commercial insurance space. You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to ensure we meet expectations and compliance standards.
