We’re looking for an Account Manager to join us here at Sign In App, part of Sign In Solutions. In this role, you’ll own revenue growth across your book of business, carrying a quota and being directly accountable for expansion and upsell targets. You’ll take a consultative, solution-selling approach - understanding your customers’ challenges and positioning the right solutions to help them succeed. You’ll partner closely with marketing, collaborate cross-functionally, and always lead with customer value. Skills
- Proficiency in Danish (both written and verbal) is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Previous SaaS experience is required
- 3+ years in a client facing, high-tech B2B, account management or renewal management role preferred
- Proven track record of quota attainment
- Ability to interact with a customer’s executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs
- Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Outstanding listening skills with the ability to translate client communications into solutions
- Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document process
- Ability to multitask in a SUPER fast paced environment
- Willingness and passion to learn new skills
What You Will Be Doing
- Own and deliver against your expansion and upsell revenue quota across your book of business
- Take a consultative, solution-selling approach to identify growth opportunities within your accounts
- Negotiate contract renewals, build proposals, and manage commercial outcomes
- Use data-driven outreach to promote new products, analyse customer engagement, and increase product utilisation
- Educate customers on the value of Sign In App, connecting features to their specific challenges and goals
- Prioritise and advocate for customer needs, elevating issues that will have the most impact on satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Partner with marketing on customer campaigns and programmes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an outstanding ongoing experience for customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
