What you’ll do:

  • You are responsible for all the operational manufacturing shift activities within the warehouse, goods in, material put away, Kan Ban process adherence, material handling and dispatch.
  • Lead a cross functional team of Team Leaders and Associates by setting clear expectations and accountability through standard work, visual controls as well as utilisation of coaching and development techniques.
  • Accountability for the Warehouse safety performance via use of risk assessment, 5s and visual management, adherence to all quality procedures and promotion of Kaizen and daily CI activities.

Who you are:

  • Have a relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Materials Management or equivalent practical experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Experience in exporting/shipping processes/procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse / logistics / materials environment.
  • Proven proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP and Oracle) to support inventory, processing, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to deliver results under pressure in a fast‑paced operational setting.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience of coaching and developing people, including team leaders and operators.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Formal Lean or Continuous Improvement training is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in using SAP and Oracle would be beneficial.
