Job Description / Preferred Qualifications
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate management and offer negotiation; understand various selection methods and techniques.
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize innovative sourcing methods to build and maintain a diverse, high‑quality talent pipeline for various roles.
- Behavioral Interviewing: Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit, ensuring a high standard of hiring.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
