THE OPPORTUNITY This opportunity focuses on leading data‑driven workforce planning and labor optimization efforts to support business performance. The role is responsible for developing forecasting models, analyzing workforce and volume trends, and partnering cross‑functionally to align staffing strategies with operational and financial goals. It also plays a key role in monitoring labor performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor standards. The position provides strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership to inform decision‑making and enhance productivity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and manage labor forecasting models and algorithms based on business trends and volume projections
  • Analyze volume and workforce data to optimize staffing levels and improve productivity
  • Partner with operations, finance, and HR to align labor strategies with business goals
  • Monitor labor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and company standards
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership on labor performance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • BA/BS Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, labor standards creation, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with workforce management systems and data analysis tools (UKG WFM Pro preferred)
  • Deep understanding of how labor and human movement affect business outcomes
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
