Dormont Manufacturing Co seeks an experienced Implant Engineering Specialist to drive safety compliance in the implant area, own a defined toolset, and publish recovery plans for tools down for more than 24 hours.

You will publish detailed procedures for Equipment PMs, Tool Operation, and OCAPS while monitoring key KPIs weekly.

You will lead continuous improvement and OEE initiatives, manage maintenance for owned tool sets, and champion lean and 6S practices across tool storage and installation.
