Role Overview
We are looking for a Network Engineer to contribute to the redesign, automation and operation of trading and corporate network infrastructures. The role combines architecture, hands‑on engineering and production ownership. It is suited for engineers who want to work close to trading environments while participating in meaningful technical transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Transformation- Contribute to the re‑architecture of trading and electronic trading network infrastructure to improve latency, scalability and resilience
- Design and deploy network solutions following network‑as‑code principles
- Produce and maintain high‑level and low‑level designs (HLD / LLD)
- Participate in technical discussions around network standards and evolution
- Contribute to network automation initiatives using tools such as Ansible
- Help standardise configurations, deployments and operational changes
- Work closely with application and development teams to align infrastructure with system requirements
- Support integration with market connectivity and broker networks
- Participate in production support for trading network environments
- Contribute to troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis in production
- Perform packet‑level analysis to diagnose latency, packet loss or connectivity issues
- Support monitoring, capacity planning and incident response activities
- Help ensure high availability and operational stability of critical environments
- Act as a point of contact between infrastructure, trading and application teams
- Capture business and application needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate with global teams and external vendors on implementations and upgrades
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and operational documentation

- Experience working on production‑critical systems
