About the Position

We have a truly unique opportunity for an experienced, determined and commercially minded individual to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As the National Account Executive within the QSR Team, this role will focus exclusively on delivering New Business Wins within this fast-paced channel. As a key member of the Away from Home (AFH) team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, developing, and securing new key accounts. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and turning prospects into long-term customers. You will report into our Channel Lead on QSR and work closely with the rest of the AFH Team in our UKI Omnichannel Business Unit. You will be based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home two days a week and visit customers as needed. You will be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team that is always striving to reach the next level and grow the business – this team is a key driver of our 10-year strategic growth plan. In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Identify, target, and win new national and regional foodservice accounts within the Away From Home channel.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of prospects and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Create tailored commercial proposals and value propositions that align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Work cross-functionally together with Culinary and Marketing teams to create and then deliver best in class selling materials that successfully influence our customers in a variety of settings.
  • Act as a trusted partner by understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions using the Kraft Heinz portfolio.
  • Represent Kraft Heinz across industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of account management or other commercial management experience.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management skills are essential, and able to demonstrate the ability and confidence to sell commercial propositions.
  • Interpersonal skills and high personal credibility is required to build relationships between external customers and internal functions to align both requirements and resolve issues (ability to communicate, present and influence).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English.
