We want an ambitious Mobile Apps Product Manager - Team Leader to join our dynamic London team and lead the building of world-class mobile app products for the iGaming market. What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers to achieve outstanding results.
- Define a clear product vision, set ambitious targets, and build a detailed multi-quarter roadmap for native iOS/Android apps in the iGaming domain.
- Align the product roadmap with company strategy, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop highly detailed and structured BRDs, PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with TPMs, product designers, mobile apps operations, and different product teams within the organization.
- Ensure product adherence to regulatory frameworks by working with Compliance/Legal teams.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into accurate requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the iGaming sector (Casino, Sportsbook, or Real-Money Gaming).
- More than 2 years of experience managing product or cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in delivering native mobile apps at scale (iOS & Android).
- Strong expertise in building product documentation (BRD, PRD, Epics, User stories).
- Experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, etc.
- Solid understanding of online payment flows, KYC/AML processes, geolocation, compliance, and regulated markets.
- Strong UX/UI understanding of mobile app flows including registration, deposit, gameplay, cashier, and dedication.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborator management skills.
