You’ll be supported by a manager who leads from the front, using data and insight to guide and adapt your approach, alongside a collaborative and supportive team culture. Ideas are welcomed, and you’ll be encouraged to use your initiative, challenge ways of working, and make a real impact while achieving both personal and business goals.

What your role as a Sales Specialist will involve:

  • Driving the growth of Lenovo products and services, taking them to market across both existing and previously engaged customers.
  • Building and developing your own pipeline, identifying opportunities to grow and expand your account base.
  • Becoming a go‑to contact for Lenovo, developing strong knowledge of the products and services within your portfolio.
  • Building relationships and having meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and present the right solutions.
  • Supporting customers with product information, pricing, availability, and offers.
  • Preparing and managing quotes, following up on opportunities, and progressing deals through to completion.
  • Actively managing and developing your pipeline, focusing on both volume and strategic opportunities.
  • Taking part in sales focus days at Ingram Micro and with customers where required.

To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing, sales, retail, order management role or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the confidence to build relationships.
  • An interest in sales, with a desire to develop and grow your own account base.
  • Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and open to learning CRM systems used to manage and track customer activity.
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast‑paced team environment.

What we offer:

  • AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Rising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Employee Referral Bonus - help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.
  • Employee discounts and wellness perks.
  • Modern offices with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness room.
  • Development opportunities with clear career progression and training.
