We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Milton Keynes and is a hybrid role that requires working at least two days a week in the office.
As a Multinational Client Advisor, you will work within a dedicated team to provide a full Advisory/Executive service to an existing book of Multinational clients. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with a broad spectrum of clients for a market-leading, global organisation.
You will be responsible for servicing your own dedicated book of clients, which will involve:
- Managing renewals, invoicing, identifying client needs, mid-term adjustments, and handling any queries from your dedicated client base in a quick and professional manner.
- Servicing a client portfolio of approximately 100 clients and 400 policies, including standalone statutory covers and large multidivisional complex risks (Property, BI, Motor, Liability, Group Travel/PA, Marine & Financial lines programs).
- Overseeing all renewal procedures from start to finish, including renewal strategy, risk presentations to the market, negotiations of terms obtained from Insurers, and creation of Renewal Reports via the Marsh Trading platform.
- Responding to day-to-day enquiries via email, post, web link, or telephone.
- Ensuring that all Compliance/Operational platforms and procedures are followed.
- Ensuring invoicing and financial information are completed and managed correctly.
- Gaining an understanding of New Business procedures and practices and providing support when required.
- Actively working to develop and expand your portfolio of clients and introducing them to all corners of the Marsh group as appropriate.
- Attending and supporting client visits as required or requested.
- Working closely with Marsh overseas offices.
What you need to have:
- Commercial or Corporate insurance knowledge/experience from a Broking or Underwriting background.
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment.
- Articulate with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.

- Strong IT skills and experience with Acturis.
