We seek a Category & Sourcing Lead based in Milton Keynes, Bradford or Glasgow. The role supports the Head of Category & Sourcing and the broader Procurement transformation.
The role involves:- Leading the development and executive approval of category strategies
- Bringing market insight and commercial expertise
- Providing benchmarking and insights
- Leading a high‑performing team
- Acting as a subject matter expert
- Promoting procurement systems
- Proven track record in category management (Required)
- Experience managing complex contracts (Required)
- Experience leading teams (Required)
- Procurement transformation experience (Preferred)
- CIPS (Preferred)
Salary Range: £77,600.00 - £100,000.00 per annum (depending on experience). Annual salary is based on a standard 35‑hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
Benefits include 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 31 days after 5 years of service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year), £6,000 car allowance per year, company‑funded private medical insurance, death‑in‑service benefit, income protection insurance, share plans, and staff discounts on Santander products.
