About the Job
Managing customer accounts and driving growth, you’ll work closely with Ingram Micro’s existing customers and vendor partners to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and grow accounts as part of a collaborative and high‑performing team. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone looking to start or develop a career in business development and sales. You don’t need previous sales experience - although if you have some, that’s a great advantage. This role would suit someone with experience in retail, customer service, call centre or telesales who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and is motivated by targets and career progression.

In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment such as sales, call centre, telesales, retail, or customer service
- Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Strong PC literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm to learn and develop into a subject‑matter expert
- An interest in IT or technology and a desire to build a career in sales or business development
