We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Operations Associate to join our team in London and play a key role in executing our operational marketing processes, including email campaign deployment, reporting, and platform support.

As a key figure in our marketing function, you will make a significant impact on the overall marketing efforts. Your core day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Campaign Management: Execute email marketing campaigns and manage deployment workflows with accuracy and precision.
  • Pardot Administration: Administer and maintain the Marketing Cloud/Pardot environment, ensuring data accuracy, stability, and user support.
  • Automation: Create and manage automation rules, engagement studio programs, dynamic lists, and segmentation rules.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop marketing reports and maintain dashboards to track and analyse campaign activity and success.
  • LinkedIn Support: Assist with management of the firm’s LinkedIn presence, including corporate page content and support for banker personal posts.
  • Support the execution of the firm’s M&A content program by facilitating project timelines, coordinating with banking teams and marketing colleagues, and ensuring content initiatives move efficiently from concept through distribution.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based Co-Head of Marketing Operations to scale and optimise platforms.
  • Assist in the external and internal email execution of newsletters, events, and special projects across cross-departmental Marketing colleagues.

  • A Marketing Technology Specialist: You bring 5–7 years of hands‑on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM environments.
  • An Analytical Thinker: You have experience developing marketing reports, campaign analytics, and data visualisations that help inform marketing strategy and performance measurement.
  • An Agile Project Manager: You are highly organised and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • A Proactive Self‑Starter: You have a demonstrated ability to self‑manage and operate independently across global teams and time zones, maintaining momentum on projects without requiring constant direction.
