The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This is a full‑time role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, fixed term until May 2027, with hybrid working. From time to time, some travel will be required to Fresenius Medical Care places of business and to customer sites, therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of strategic plans across key business verticals.
  • Assist in developing promotional and non‑promotional materials, ensuring compliance with ethical marketing standards.
  • Represent the company professionally while safeguarding its interests.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety, environmental, data protection, and compliance policies.
  • Work with the Market Access, Health Economics & Product Management Department to develop, organise and run internal meetings and external 3rd party and Fresenius organised conferences and events.
  • Liaise with internal functions, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communication materials.
  • Provide administrative support, including meetings, diary management, and documentation.
  • Manage product‑related administration, CRM data, and campaign activities.
  • Monitor budgets, update marketing literature, and manage compliance processes.
  • Collect and disseminate relevant data and communications.
  • Be required to travel in the UK.

  • Experience of working in a fast‑paced environment, working to deadlines with excellent communication skills.
  • Current corporate admin experience.
  • Enthusiastic, self‑starter.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial and pragmatic attitude, adept at working cross‑functionally within the organisation.
