Responsibilities: Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned business area. Drive the business growth and hit the sales and profitability of the responsible business. Work with MD to set monthly and annual sales and SGP targets. Provide regular sales forecast, e.g. monthly, quarterly and/or annually as required, for the responsible business. Monitor economic indicators, industry trends and competition status. Create innovative programmes for upselling. Advance his/her own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks. Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs and preferences. Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans.
