Responsibilities
- As a Technician, you will be based in a branch or in a fully equipped van, helping customers get back on the road by repairing or replacing glass to the highest industry standards.
- You will provide outstanding customer service, recommend additional products such as wipers and rain repellents, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- You’ll also handle administrative tasks related to parts and inventory, sustain a clean safe working environment, and contribute to meeting business KPIs and sales targets.
Qualifications
- You must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
- Strong customer service and sales skills are a must; experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, driving, or the motor industry is an advantage but not required.
- You should be self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
