Capita is seeking a permanent, full‑time Service Administrator / Advisor to join our Collectives area.
Location and Hours: Oxford Road, Manchester City Centre – hybrid model. 37.5 hours per week.
Job Description: Process all customer ISA requests received via the Customer Contact Centre, email and post. Work with retail and institutional customers, prioritise workload to meet SLA deadlines, ensure accuracy and quality checks, provide support to other Collectives teams, and maintain compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritise workload within guidelines to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness, subject to quality checking.
- Provide additional support to Collectives teams as required.
- Ensure services to customers align with regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Follow data protection and customer authentication procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an FCA regulated Life & Pensions / Savings sector.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent accuracy, listening, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, and maintain reliable timekeeping.
- Genuine passion for helping people and confident professional communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a high standard of vocabulary and grammar.
- Telephone and computer literate.
- Empathy, ownership of customer problems, and self‑motivation.
