We’re looking for a Restaurant Launch Assistant to join our European SMB hub. In this role, you’ll be the face of Deliveroo for our newest partners in the Belgium and Netherlands markets, ensuring every restaurant has a seamless transition onto our platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Partner Onboarding: Act as the primary guide for new restaurants, helping them get set up and fully prepared to start taking their first orders.
- Deliver High‑Touch Service: Use your communication and problem‑solving skills to answer partner questions and provide exceptional support during the onboarding journey.
- Own the Phone: Manage a high volume of calls, maintaining a strong presence while helping partners navigate the technical and operational steps of joining Deliveroo.
- Collaborate for Success: Work cross‑functionally with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure a flawless “handover” for every new partner.
- Hit Ambitious KPIs: Develop and maintain daily call plans to meet challenging targets while ensuring no partner is left behind.

Interview Process
