Key Responsibilities
- You’ll play a key role in shaping the player experience from the ground up—designing and delivering the mathematical frameworks that define how our games behave.
- Contribute to early-stage game concepts and mechanics.
- Develop mathematical models using simulation software and spreadsheets.
- Design and analyse RTP, volatility, and payout structures.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Maintain insight into EMEA gaming markets and regulatory expectations.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience building mathematical models (ideally within gaming/slots).
- Strong programming skills (C++ preferred; C# or similar considered).
- Confidence in spreadsheet-based modelling.
- Passion for gaming and player-focused design.
- At least 1 year’s experience working on slot mathematics.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Desirable
- Proven experience designing within the casino/gambling industry.
- Creative thinking with strong technical design instincts.
- A track record of delivering successful game mechanics.
