As an Inside Sales Representative you will focus on building pipeline and generating new business opportunities across the MSP partner landscape. This is a high-activity, outbound-first role where you will engage prospective partners, run structured discovery conversations, and progress early-stage opportunities with support from Sales Engineers and leadership. You will play a key role in expanding Blackpoint’s footprint across EMEA, acting as the first point of contact for prospective MSP partners while developing into a full-cycle sales professional. This role is based in Manchester, UK, operating on a hybrid model with 3–4 days per week in the office.

Why Blackpoint

  • Industry momentum: Cybersecurity is one of the fastest-growing software categories globally, and MDR in the MSP channel is expanding rapidly across EMEA. You’re walking into a market where demand is real, and the timing is now.
  • Mission that matters: You’re helping MSPs protect small and mid-sized businesses from attacks that can put companies at risk. This is a role with real-world impact.
  • Ground floor in EMEA: The region is still early-stage for Blackpoint. You’ll have visibility, hands-on coaching, and a clear path for progression as the region scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Self-generate pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting (primarily phone), supplemented by email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Prospect and engage Managed Service Providers (MSPs), opening consultative conversations around cybersecurity needs and solutions.
  • Qualify opportunities through structured discovery and progress deals through early sales stages.
  • Deliver tailored pitch decks and support first-line product demonstrations with guidance from Sales Engineers.
  • Support trial and proof-of-concept (PoC) coordination, working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and internal teams.
  • Maintain disciplined daily activity, including call blocks, outreach cadence, and CRM updates, with a strong focus on pipeline generation.
  • Represent Blackpoint at EMEA trade shows and events, generating and following up on new leads.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to refine messaging and improve conversion.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, prospect objections, and competitive insights.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-velocity sales environment (FinTech, martech, HR tech, telecom/UCaaS, recruitment tech, etc.)
  • Strong outbound prospecting experience and comfort with high call volume.
  • Exposure to consultative selling, discovery, and early-stage deal progression.
  • Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn the MSP/channel ecosystem.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • A coachable, self-motivated mindset with resilience and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily activity independently.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
