We have an opportunity for Geotechnical Engineers / Engineering Geologists, located in either our Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Belfast office, to support our impressive portfolio of prestigious geotechnical projects both in the UK and internationally. We need to increase our team to meet the growing demands from our clients, especially in the infrastructure sector (particularly rail, highways, defence & water) and the energy sector which includes carbon capture & storage, renewable energy, low carbon engineering and nuclear power. Your role
The successful applicant will be a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with a degree in civil engineering or geology/geoscience and a post graduate qualification in a geotechnical subject. You will hold or be close to holding chartered status. Candidates will be part of teams where your contributions matter, and you can build strong, collaborative relationships working on a diverse range of strategic projects across the infrastructure and energy sectors.
About you
A good academic background with a degree in civil engineering or geology/geoscience and a post graduate qualification in a geotechnical subject. A good understanding of ground investigation techniques and geotechnical design experience of structures, foundations and earthworks.
