In this role, you’ll connect with decision-makers in the restaurant industry, helping them join the Deliveroo platform and develop their business. Role OverviewWorking as part of the SMB (Small and Medium Business) team, you will promote and sell B2B products to generate new business for the Deliveroo platform in the French market.
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: £27,700 base, plus monthly commission for achieving targets.
Work Pattern: Initial probation is 5 days per week in-office. After probation, move to a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
What You’ll Do- You will be the first point of contact for French restaurant partners, acting as a consultant and growth expert.
- Inbound & Outbound Lead Management: Handle inquiries from French-speaking leads and proactively acquire new business via phone and email.
- Consultative Selling: Build relationships with restaurant owners, advising them on how Deliveroo’s technology and logistics can scale their revenue.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage your sales leads, stay organized, and build daily action plans to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding, from contracts to tablet setups and photoshoots.
- Administrative Precision: Handle contracts and documentation with high attention to detail to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Linguistic Mastery: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Resilience: The confidence to make regular cold calls and spend several hours a day engaging with prospects.
