Help shape the future of SME Cyber insurance! With cyber risk accelerating and demand surging, we’re investing heavily in our UK Cyber proposition — and we’re looking for an experienced Cyber Development Underwriter to play a pivotal role in that journey. This is a high-impact, broker-facing role where you’ll combine technical cyber underwriting expertise with commercial development, helping us grow a fast-expanding SME Cyber book and strengthen our position as a go-to market for UK brokers.
You’ll be part of our dedicated Cyber Centre of Excellence, working closely with brokers across the UK to build pipeline, win new business and deliver sustainable underwriting performance.

- Coaching and supporting junior underwriters through referrals and mentoring
- Working closely with internal partners to deliver strong outcomes for brokers and customers
- You’ll be a commercially minded cyber underwriter who enjoys being visible in the market and influencing growth.
- Proven experience underwriting Cyber risks, ideally within the SME space
- Strong knowledge of cyber exposures, coverage and underwriting discipline
- Demonstrable success in building and developing broker relationships
- A confident communicator who can trade, influence and win business
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital underwriting platforms
- Motivated, collaborative and keen to help build a market‑leading cyber proposition
