Are you an experienced ProjectWise professional with a proven track record of delivering and supporting robust Common Data Environment (CDE) configurations and driving improvements in Information Management (IM) practices? We have a significant pipeline of exciting opportunities across the full Transportation lifecycle and need to fulfil this purpose. To support this purpose, we are looking to develop robust working practices across several areas and need to control and administer our chosen technology stack. We have developed an internal configuration and approach in using ProjectWise and now need to expand and continue to develop this configuration to meet our emerging requirements.

Your role involves supporting our ProjectWise configuration and governance within our AtkinsRéalis Transportation business, supporting market and project delivery teams, and implementing sector specific IM requirements and procedures as required. You will play a key role in training and communication activities, helping to develop our IM capability and supporting major programmes and projects, as well as wider frameworks. This role combines technical configuration expertise, enhancing processes and workflows within the IM team and broader delivery teams.

About you: You are a technical expert who has extensive technical and project experience. You will be passionate about introducing positive change to working practices across a portfolio of projects. You will enjoy helping support how the system works and enabling the best out of our project teams. You will have the passion to drive and make Information Management the centre of our integrated delivery approach. To do this you’ll need to have a wide range of positive behaviours including being collaborative, open, empathetic, enthusiastic, resilient, tenacious, hardworking and delivery orientated. You will also be highly visible and approachable to our teams and can collaborate efficiently with them across our offices located in the UK, Europe, and India.

Essential duties:

  • Knowledge of working and configuring inside of ProjectWise Administrator and related CONNECT Services set up, including Environments, SQL, Attribute Exchange, Workflows, iCS, Access Control, PDF Markup & Issue Resolution, Deliverables Management, Design Review, Web Services.
  • Proven experience enabling and configuring integrations with design tools (Bentley MicroStation, Bentley OpenX, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) into ProjectWise workflows.
  • Experience with data source exchanges/deliveries and synchronisations in multi party collaboration contexts.
  • Demonstrable business as usual (BAU) support experience for ProjectWise in active projects.
  • Understanding of Information Management and Document Control practices; ability to support ISO 19650 compliance and client IM requirements.
  • Ability to document processes, create clear guidance, and maintain structured configuration records.

We recognise that the route to becoming a Business Administrator is diverse and the requirements below are desirable. AtkinsRéalis does however wish to invite candidates that can demonstrate and give evidence of the value their skills and experience will add to our team.

Desirable duties:

  • Automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate) and familiarity with scripting for admin tasks.
  • Experience with Managed Workspace configurations.
  • Experience working in a ProjectWise support team with a focus on template configuration.
  • Vendor engagement experience and participation in testing new solutions/systems/services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in construction‑based CAD / Data / Information Management position.
  • Experience of using ProjectWise and ProjectWise Administrator for configuration, customisation and application support.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to establish workflows and requirements in accordance with ISO19650.
  • Practical knowledge of software capabilities and use of applications from key software vendors such as Autodesk and Bentley Systems.
  • Experience including knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software and scripting / programming languages such as SQL query, PowerShell, Auto LISP and VBA.
