We’re looking for an SMB Account Manager to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll help our restaurant partners grow their businesses by improving their delivery operations, attracting new customers, and leveraging our latest technology to get the very best out of our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the SMB (Small Medium Business) team in Manchester City Centre. We focus on high‑velocity, desk‑based relationship management, acting as the primary consultants for our diverse partner base to ensure their long‑term success. Here’s what your day‑to‑day might look like:

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts using a desk‑based model, driving growth through phone, email, and video presentations.
  • Relationship Partnership: Build and maintain favourable, long‑term relationships with partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and tailored support.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute national and local marketing campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including order volume, retention, and customer outcomes.
  • Consultative Selling: Guide partners on how to offer the best delivery experience and take advantage of our latest technology and perks.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Liaise between your restaurant partners and internal Deliveroo teams to ensure our solutions are delivered according to their specific needs.
