The People Success Manager – EMEA will align global strategy with local execution, ensuring employees across the region have the skills, opportunities, and support needed to thrive. This role focuses on driving a culture rooted in positivity, inclusivity, and accessibility, scaling the organization with a global mindset, and enabling exceptional talent to fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop adoption of e.l.f.U across teams.
  • Identify skills gaps and collaborate to develop tailored training programmes and career development plans.
  • Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support career progression.
  • Manage internship and early-career programs to strengthen regional talent pipelines.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Educate, facilitate and embed the high performing team framework amongst all employees and teams.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Champion high performance teamwork, the company values of one team, one dream mindset, and embed them across all teams.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring the workplace is collaborative, respectful, and inspiring.
  • Monitor and measure cultural health through feedback, surveys, and engagement tools.
