The Global Marketing Specialist plays an important role to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for our key products. This role requires a deep understanding of global market dynamics, customer segmentation and product positioning. You will work cross-functionally with a marketing process manager, business development, product management, regional sales, field marketing and GDC, to support the segment strategy, develop and execute marketing tactics that contribute towards the full marketing funnel to achieve the overall business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies, product/portfolio campaigns, and launch programs aligned to POAPs, KPIs, ROI, and pipeline growth targets.
  • Build and manage the full marketing funnel (awareness, demand generation, sales enablement), driving prospects, MQLs, opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Lead market, segment, customer, and competitive research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform campaigns and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and regionally (Marketing, Product, Sales, PM, Comms, GDC, Partners) to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and execution.
  • Manage, optimize, and analyze digital channels, campaign performance, and CRM data to improve buyer experience, effectiveness, and conversion.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, content, events, partner support, and thought leadership to strengthen brand presence and accelerate pipeline.
  • Oversee global marketing budgets (up to £125K), chair meetings, track actions, ensure delivery within budget, and maintain high execution standards.
  • Build deep product and technical expertise, ensure ethical compliance, explore AI-driven marketing opportunities, and maintain strong stakeholder and agency relationships.

About you:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience with strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven and data-focused, with the ability to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize pipeline impact.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively within set budgets.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with up-to-date knowledge of B2B marketing trends and the flexibility to navigate changing market conditions.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with cross-functional, international, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experienced in executing global marketing programs and coordinating closely with sales to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns and tactics (events, webinars, email).
