About you: As an Experienced Account Executive, you’ll be a key commercial driver for our variable revenue ticketing platform, responsible for achieving revenue growth through both new business acquisition and nurturing existing client relationships. Beyond meeting sales targets, you’ll lead cross‑functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, mentor junior colleagues, and establish best practices that elevate team performance. This role suits an experienced sales professional with consultative expertise and a passion for winning new business, who thrives in dynamic environments whilst delivering innovative software solutions to hospitality customers.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Drive Sales & Commercial Growth: Identify and target prospective clients in the events and hospitality sector, deliver compelling pitches and demos, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals to secure new business.
  • Manage Revenue & Client Relationships: Own the commercial relationship for your account portfolio, meet revenue targets across new and existing accounts, maintain accurate CRM data, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Expand Strategic Accounts: Proactively identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, grow footprint within multi‑site customers, and monitor account performance to drive long‑term strategic growth.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Customer Success on quarterly reviews and upsell initiatives, and coordinate with Marketing and Product teams on projects that enhance sales processes and market penetration.
  • Lead & Mentor: Support strategic projects, coach junior Account Executives, contribute to team training, and act as a role model for consultative selling and relationship management.

Your skills & experience might include:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or variable revenue environment, with strong consultative selling and account management skills.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Skilled in pipeline development, CRM tools, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making to drive growth and optimise performance.
  • Project Leadership & Industry Knowledge: Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple priorities, with knowledge of the hospitality or events industry highly desirable.
  • Coaching & Team Development: Ability to mentor and support team members effectively, contributing to training and best practice sharing.
