About You: We are looking for a proactive digital sales professional who excels at multi‑channel outreach, builds strong rapport, adapts quickly to growth, and delivers organised, high‑quality customer and CRM management.
Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to new business prospects to speak about our comprehensive Learning Suite, including My Compliance Management tool.
- Use Groove automation to reach out to prospects through multiple engagement channels (LinkedIn/Calls/Emails).
- Learn to demonstrate My Compliance Manager.
- Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team.
- Maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in selling software digitally and/or experience within the HR or compliance space is preferable.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to adapt to constant growth.
- An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices, particularly around employee development and training.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.
- Understanding of the compliance landscape is a plus.
