About you: As an Account Executive focused on ERP solutions, you’ll be responsible for driving new business through proactive prospecting and building strong relationships with potential customers. In your discovery conversations, you’ll uncover opportunities to introduce the full breadth of our ERP offering, helping clients streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale their businesses. Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline growth and increased deal size. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel and engage with customers face‑to‑face.
We’re looking for true new business hunters, confident prospectors and strong closers who thrive on winning deals. Day-to-day, you will:
- Prospect and self‑generate new business opportunities while managing the full sales process for assigned prospects.
- Build strategic attack plans, effectively manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets and forecasts.
- Prepare clear, professional proposals and respond to RFIs and RFPs for prospective customers.
- Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, results, and forecasts.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Extensive experience selling software solutions — including Manufacturing SaaS — with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Skilled in integrating sales methodologies into the full sales cycle, demonstrating advanced selling capabilities in strategy, negotiation, relationship‑building, and closing.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at all organisational levels, with strong technical proficiency in Salesforce.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence and is able to travel as required.
