About you: You enjoy building long-term customer relationships and helping businesses get more value from their software. You’re curious about how different industries work and like understanding what really matters to customers. At Access, you’ll work with a wide range of organisations and products, with the freedom to shape your role, grow your skills and make a real impact on customer success and revenue.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, building trusted relationships and keeping customer satisfaction high.
- Take time to understand each customer’s business and spot opportunities to introduce additional Access software, services and support.
- Own the full sales process, from early conversations and proposals through to negotiation and contract completion, with support from pre‑sales when needed.
- Work closely with support, services and marketing teams to improve the customer experience and help generate new leads through events, webinars and case studies.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience in account management, relationship management or solution sales, ideally within Software as a Service (SaaS) or other business software.
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels, whether that’s on the phone, over email or in presentations.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work at pace.
- Comfort using technology such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, social selling tools and market mapping platforms.
