About you

You enjoy building relationships and are motivated by hitting targets and seeing the impact of your work. You work at pace, comfortably pick up the phone, start conversations and open doors. You will have a broad range of payment products to sell and will be supported by a collaborative Digital Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own portfolio of customers through proactive outbound activity, including calls, emails and social media.
  • Create and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities so you can consistently work towards your sales target.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels, from day‑to‑day contacts through to decision makers.
  • Ensure every deal is handed over smoothly to our projects team, keeping the customer experience front of mind.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in payments, such as Direct Debit, card payments, Open Banking or alternative payment methods.
  • Experience in outbound business‑to‑business sales, confident handling cold outreach.
  • The ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change as we grow.
  • Strong communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and explain ideas clearly.
