About you: You enjoy owning your patch and seeing the results of your work. You’re a motivated self‑starter with a positive, never‑give‑up mindset, and you take pride in building strong relationships that last. You bring experience in business‑to‑business (B2B) sales and account management in the UK, with a good understanding of selling software. At Access, you’ll have the support and space to grow your skills while making a real impact for our customers and your team.

Day‑to‑day, you will:

  • Achieve sales targets across software licences, maintenance, bureau processing (where we run services on behalf of customers) and consultancy.
  • Run product demonstrations, building your confidence over time and knowing when to bring in colleagues for extra support.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects, making sure handovers to delivery teams are smooth and well‑managed.
  • Respond quickly to enquiries, sharing feedback and insights that help improve how the whole team works.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in B2B field sales and account management in the UK, including selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider team, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills across phone, email, written content and presentations.
  • Comfortable using technology such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce (our customer relationship management system), social selling tools and market mapping.
