About you: You enjoy building relationships and turning conversations into long‑term partnerships. You like owning your patch, shaping your approach, and seeing the impact of your work. At Access, you’ll have the freedom to sell in a way that feels right for you, backed by products that genuinely help customers run their businesses better. You’re comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers, stay calm under pressure, and always put the customer experience first.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Find and progress new business opportunities from first conversation through to close.
- Own the full sales process, including lead generation, proposals, presentations and contract discussions.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and key influencers through regular contact and meetings.
- Work closely with product and internal teams to shape solutions and keep your sales pipeline clear and up to date.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Experience selling business‑to‑business software, ideally in retail or hospitality environments.
- Confidence managing complex sales with multiple stakeholders and senior audiences.
- Comfort using customer relationship management systems, marketing automation or sales tools to manage leads.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage your time well.
