Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute product strategy driving company-level ARR growth, retention, and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional roadmap development balancing innovation with operational excellence
- Partner with C-suite to align product strategy with business objectives and competitive positioning
- Team & Execution
- Build and scale high-performing product organization across governance, AI, platform, and growth
- Establish product excellence standards, processes, and OKRs enabling consistent execution at scale
- Drive accountability for measurable product outcomes through data-driven decision making
- Champion AI-first development, leading GovernAI adoption driving platform upgrades and expansion
- Scale product-led growth strategies including trials, freemium models, and self-service capabilities
- Identify new market opportunities within governance and compliance ecosystem
- Customer Focus
- Maintain deep customer empathy through regular Fortune 500 board engagement
- Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
- Partner with GTM teams to drive adoption and expansion revenue
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience developing and executing product strategies, including a proven track record of crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies and driving revenue growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling way
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities
- Strong creative, problem solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to drive results on-time, with high quality
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and strategic planning processes
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Proven experience leading and managing teams
- Previous experience with our target personas (general counsel, corporate secretary, legal ops, CFO and internal audit) and/or experience in the governance or entity management industries strongly preferred

Work Model & Location
Headquartered in New York, Diligent has offices in Washington D.C., London, Galway, Budapest, Vancouver, Bengaluru, Munich, Singapore and Sydney. To foster strong collaboration and connection, this role will follow a hybrid work model. If you are within a commuting distance to one of our Diligent office locations, you will be expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time.
