Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Surgical Vision is seeking a Territory Manager for East London & Essex. Surgical Vision is devoted to shaping the future of surgery by advancing innovation, addressing the most pressing healthcare issues, and improving lives every day. Our product portfolio includes Intraocular Lenses, Viscoelastics, and other surgical adjuncts. We are united in our aspiration to partner with eye care professionals and help more people around the world preserve and restore sight for life.
Purpose of the role: You will be responsible for maintaining and growing your Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision business within your territory, contributing directly to UK & Ireland market share goals. Performance will be measured against targets across Net Trade Sales and PC-IOL sales. Success in this role will be driven through strong customer relationships, clinical insight, effective selling, and the intelligent use of data and analytics. Full product and sales training will be provided to support your development.
What to expect:
- You will form part of a well-established sales team, driven by the objective of elevating the standard of eye health surgery through our innovative technology in the ophthalmology space.
- You will manage a portfolio of NHS and private sector accounts across East London & Essex, aligned to business priorities and local market needs.
- You will partner with customers to support the evolving demands of modern cataract surgery, helping to deliver improved patient outcomes.
- Cross-functional working internally with Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Clinical Services, to drive success.
- Customer relationships and people development are fundamental to the success of this role.
- When you are both confident and ready, attending live cataract and lens replacement surgical procedures is a critical part of the role, whilst providing expert product support and guidance to healthcare professionals.
