You’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end hiring experience. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding support, you’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business.

What You’ll Do
- Source top-tier talent across global tech and non-tech roles
- Write and send compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates
- Screen CVs, conduct intro calls, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and teams
- Maintain and update our ATS (we use Lever) and support scheduling/admin
- Contribute to team projects including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Confident sourcing across various functions and building strong pipelines
- Skilled in scheduling interviews and working across global calendars
- Familiar with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Lever experience a plus)
