The Strategy & Operations Manager will work on the most pressing projects in the business, acting as a ‘swiss army knife’ and reporting to the Head of Strategic Initiatives. You will work closely with leaders in our business such as our VP of Operations and Chief Commercial Officer and complete strategic analysis, collaborate with clinical, operations, product and growth to execute on key initiatives, and be a thought partner to the leaders you work with.

What You’ll Do
You will lead two or more projects at a time. Examples include:
- Driving ‘special projects’ in an existing product line
- Scoping and delivering cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., improving efficiency in a patient service team; a new retention initiative)
- Identifying and negotiating with a new brand partner (e.g., gym partnership)
- Leading commercial analysis and design of new offers within a product line (e.g., discounts, bundling, tiering)
- Work closely with our technology teams to define new features to resolve problems or deliver more value to our patients
Drive stakeholders forward
- Contribute to the strategic planning process each Cycle to determine where the business can deliver the most patient & commercial value
- Project manage major projects, ensuring stakeholders understand key requirements, deliver on time, and to a high bar
Acting as a leader’s strategic partner
- Supporting a leader set‑up a new reporting or operating model for key initiatives
- Working with analytics to deliver performance insights and make recommendations on changes
About You
Experience & Background
- 3‑4+ years in high‑velocity, high‑ownership environments – preferably including 2+ years in consulting/banking and 1‑2 years in an strategy or operations role at a start‑up
- Exceptional problem solver with structured thinking – can break down ambiguous challenges, generate hypotheses, and test them systematically
- Hands‑on – not afraid of ‘rolling up the sleeves’ and getting the nitty‑gritty done to move projects forward
- Strong communication and execution focus – able to present complex ideas clearly and drive projects forward with incomplete information
- Product sensibility – understanding of how to design things people want, whether through formal product experience or adjacent roles
- High agency and comfortable with ambiguity – takes ownership, finds solutions, and thrives when priorities shift and new challenges emerge
